1.0.6 fixes

- Fixed some missed non-translated bits.

- Fixed a softlock bug after Rhemalus event+in the hall above the balcony/below the bathroom.

- No longer providing extracted files from the setup run extraction. You must use setup.exe to extract the game properly first, plus also install the RMK2000 font. Games audience isn't big enough to warrant me going out of my way to hold grown adults' hands c:
